I'm using CET (Chess Endgame Training) by Convekta. It's set up quite a bit like CT-Art, but you don't have the choice of practicing problems by difficulty. So, my pawn problems have ranged from 10 to about 100 in difficulty.
Soren Seegard recommends it for elo 1600 - 2200. That's probably about right. Convekta has other software for endgame training as well, some of which may be more basic if that's what you're looking to find.
