It seems like it, but this is the strict pace as set by De La Maza. It will end up being a pyramid as so:
Circle 1 - 8 weeks
Circle 2 - 4 weeks
Circle 3 - 2 weeks
Circle 4 - 1 week
Circle 5 - 4 days
Circle 6 - 2 days
Circle 7 - 1 day
for a total of 16 weeks.
